Shreya & Mumbai Trip
I was all set for Onam Celebrations on monday last week. Dada, Bhabhi, naveen and Me, went for a movie, followed by dinner at Serengeti. All was pleasant, and I reached back home at around 11:50 PM.
I saw Mom and Dad very quietly sitting in their room. I walked up and asked whats with this unusual discussion this late night. They told me Shreya fell down while playing with kids and has had a head injury. The docs have confirmed a hairline fracture in Skull.
It was like a bomb exploded on me. I booked my ticket immediately to the next flight for Mumbai, called up everyone at office and informed of my urgent travel plans. After two sleepless nights on Wednesday morning I reached Mumbai.
Di and Jiju were scared about the incident. Doctors advised a caution to observe the child, and suggested a CT scan, same morning we took her for a CT scan, while everyone associated with the family spent time praying the almighty.
When the CT scan was in progress I could not stand the sight of it. Shreya and Aariya are the lifeline of our entire family, and watching the little kid going in the scan equipment was a heart wrenching scene. I came out of the room & could not hold my tears. The report came in the evening, and it was said its an external Hametoma, and would recover on its own with time.
There was nothing to worry about. A family physician after examining the reports, advised administration of an antibiotic, and some calcium supplements. Spent that evening in prayers thanking god for his kindness.
Spent rest of the three days, rushing to the doctors, talking with Di to ease her out of the tension, and playing games on the PC with the Kids. It was good, that life resumed back to normal. I was glad, I could be there in a situation like this for Di.
Di, Shreya and Aariya, Love you lots. Only you guys matter to me. I thank Sierra for keeping me on bench, and in India. Sometimes not getting what you want is a stroke of luck.

Aqua Treat !
My mom had a hobby of feeding couple of gold fishes, (in a bowl) @ home every morning. Until recently, when both of them died (Sadly, she wept for hours). To surprise her. I got her a present, a home aquarium setup, customized with all pairs fishes of the Gold family and a pair of tiger sharks :) (My taste ;)).
She was delighted at the sight of it. Shreya and Aariya are pretty excited too to meet their new friends home. Hope to see you soon kiddos !!

Got my B1
Had my visa interview yesterday. I am granted my B1 visa, for 10 years.
