"Hey there he is", said Praky, pointing his fingers to a speeding biker, on a busy road. His fingers pointed to a stout guy, with Rayban glasses, hands wrapped in riding gloves, speeding to cruise the untouched limits on a re-worked bike, with a classy touch.
A confident smile on his face, he was an outlaw, a person aware of his abilities to steer, to control, to command and to lead. He stopped just few inches away from Praky, pulled down the side stand as if he knew the exact coordinates and dimensions of each and every part on the bike. His confidence filled the air with a positive vibration.
Lighting a cigarette, he rushed his fingers on his head to level up the hair, which was swaying all around. He walked as if he owned the world, the very piece of land on which he stood belonged to him.
"Samar, what the hell is this? Are we supposed to be in a business meeting or on a biking expedition? You know this is important" said Praky.
"Relax It will be fine, where are the guys?"
" They are here, meet, Ketki, she is a Final Year Engg grad from JNTU, a year senior to us, and.."
Behind the shoulders of Ketki, the most innocent face bent over, her soft hands were on Ketki's shoulders. A face, which could force any atheist to believe in god, in his creation, this was God's master piece. A gush of peace and silence ran all over Samar, just by her first sight. The cigarette resting on Samar's lips dropped on his fist, making him aware of the surroundings.
"... and this is Reema, she is doing her Fifth Sem of Engineering from JNTU. They need training to take further from here what do you suggest?". Praky was practical in life, so beautiful things often went un-noticed to him. He was sharp, intelligent, and a perfect leader.
"Sure, will discuss, can we sit over in the conference room?"
Together they entered the premises of an office with a shining bill board, "Technopedia India". Samar, was the Chief Managing Director, of this start up firm. Young, dynamic, and with a will to face all the uncertainties from the front.
As they walked he observed Reema, She was dressed in black Chudidar, wearing some kind of apparel on her right fist, which would occasionally make a tingling sound. The wind blew to upturn her hair from her shoulders on to her face, she gently moved them back. She would occasionally turn to look at Samar, to find his eyes gazing at her. The journey halted at the entrance of the office, where security officer greeted Samar and finally ended at the entrance of the Conference room, adjacent to Samar's Cabin.
"Please make yourself comfortable guys. I am Samar, and I head this company, I welcome you here. We make products here, Products that Solve Business Problems, and from now on, your journey with Technopedia India would begin. I am told that you would need training for you to contribute effectively to the organization, I leave it to your judgment whether you would like to attend few more classes in a day, or get on with work, which most of the times teaches you all that you need.
Praky, would assist you with any of your requirements. We work in odd hours, as you must be aware. I speak less, and would end this by saying that as a part of this team, you would create future, we are seekers of unknown, gentlemen, that makes each one of us a leader, and together we collaborate to seek what is unknown, to define, what is future. Welcome aboard.. Praky you can take this further ".
Samar, took the seat opposite to Reema, She looked at him curiously and he smiled.
Fearlessness, and immense courage, echoed every time Samar Spoke, he was a leader, a true leader of men. This collaboration, Samar spoke of, was destined to create history. History which would speak of few people, who believed in themselves , who believed they could create the future.
